HMR never takes a work without prior documentation of the following;
Study of the existing working flow
Identification of repetitive work
Requirement analysis
Dashboard content of Management levels
After the above is done, HMR shall select the most suitable solution from their own products and shall do the required customization.
HMR understands that no solution can be made 100% accurate based on the initial study, however a proper study shall make the implementation smooth and transfer from existing to new shall be seamless.
HMR always believes in long term relation with client and that is why even after completion of the project and in full operation,further three to six months time is given for any addition, modification or even some work flow changes.
